Ingredients:
- 1 side of Salmon
- 1c chopped spinach
- 1 package of cream cheese
- 1/4c sour cream
- 3/4c shredded gouda
- 2tbs olive oil
- 1tsp Spicy Cajun Seasoning
- 1tbsp Hold It Down
- 2tbsp Garlic Onion Herb Salt
Directions:
Filling:
Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese, spinach and garlic onion salt. Then set aside while you prepare the rest of the meal.
Salmon:
Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking dish with foil and place your salmon on it. You cut the salmon in half from the side or make a slit across the top, either way is fine. Mix together the olive oil, spicy cajun and hold it down seasoning then pour over the salmon making sure it gets inside the cuts where you plan to stuff the salmon. Take your filling and spread it evenly across your salmon. Place the salmon in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145F. Let it rest for about 5 minutes and then cut into 8oz servings.
