When I think of Peaches I immediately think of Georgia, summer time, short shorts & a good fish fry/bbq. I don’t know why but I do. I love all things peach flavored just not actual peaches unless they are reallllly ripe.
The peach sauce that I make is really the milder of the 3 sauces, intended for white meats and seafood.
I’ve seen people put their sauce on so many different things that I wanted to start experimenting more on different way that you can use them in the kitchen.
Introducing Hooch Wings. No there is no moonshine in this recipe but you might feel a little woozy after eating a bunch.

Peaches, Brown Sugar, Bourbon & Franks Red Hot Sauce (of course)! If you ever come across something that is too sweet for you then the best way to counteract that flavor is with acid or salt. The Franks Hot Sauce is the perfect balance to the sweet flavors of peach and the bourbon.
I’m not a huge fan of the air fryer but I used it today for a quick way to get the chicken crispy without putting them in grease. 15 minutes and minimal cleanup was a win in my book.
To make the sauce I took one cup of my peach sauce added 1/4c of Franks Red hot to a small saucepan over medium heat. I slowly whisked in 2 tbsp of butter for a great silky finish.

This sauce makes a great foundation and you can literally make it your own. You can add herbs as well as some lime juice for a little zing to it.
