I’m always amazed and humbled at how many weeks I have been able to do this. I had a set back last week where I really needed to prioritize myself and my family. I’m glad to say that we are getting back to our normal routine.
This week is all about comfort foods. I need a hug from a big bowl of macaroni and cheese. The noodles need to wrap me in their arms and love all on me.
I don’t know if the beginning of the year has just been overwhelming but it has def been anything but renewing and energizing. I’m struggling to find get our groove back from before the holidays. Hopefully you guys are feeling some type of productivity this year.

Sunday: Smothered Chicken, Slow Cooked Green Beans, Macaroni & Cheese
Monday: Baked Ziti
Tuesday: Chicken Pot Pie
Thursday: Crockpot Beef Tips & Rice
Saturday: Southern Eggs Benedict
