Our mornings are lazy and I do my best to keep them that way. I know with a new baby on the way that may soon change but for right now… Lazy works for us. Having a 12 year old certainly has its perks, Kristian is pretty self-sufficient and that allows me to sleep in most mornings. If I keep snacks and easy to reheat items around I know she is always eating healthy even if I’m dead to the world.
This Triple Berry Bark is super simple and can easily satisfy your sweet tooth for breakfast or dessert.
One of my favorite things to eat in the morning is a greek yogurt parfait and this is a new take on that. Especially for the pregnant lady that stays hot all the time, this frozen version is perfect. Also knowing that I’m eating something healthy isn’t so bad either.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Vanilla Greek yogurt
2 tbs Agave syrup
1/2 cup Granola (Whatever is your favorite brand)
1/3 cup blueberries
5 strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup of blackberries
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Mix Greek yogurt and syrup in a bowl until combined. Pour onto prepared baking sheet and spread into a thin layer.
Top with Real Medleys SuperGrains Blueberry Pecan Granola, blueberries, and strawberries.
Cover the baking sheet with a piece of aluminum foil. Place in the freezer for two hours, or overnight, until the bark is fully frozen.
Slice into desired squares. Serve immediately and keep stored in the freezer in an airtight container or bag.
Like I said this is so easy and guilt free! I never look twice if anybody wants seconds or thirds… or fourths!! Make this at home and let me know how your family likes it!
